Ling Dehanirasan (4)
“Shabda sparsh roop rasa gandha l Vachanadan gamananand l Malavisarga he panchavidh l Karmendriya Janata tu ll 6ll
Unless there is light the form won’t be seen. Therefore form is the subject of Mahabhoota Agni – Fire. The sense organ is eye.
Scene, creator of the scene and onlooker of the scene all are actually one and the same. Agni, form and the one seeing the form, all are one and the same. (Drashta, drushya and drushti, all are one )
Rasa means the taste. This is subject of Mahabhoota Jala – Water. The organ sensing the taste is tongue.
Odor is the subject of Mahabhoota Prithvi – Earth. The organ sensing the odor is nose.
Then Maharaj tells about five action organs which are carrying out actions. Speech – Tongue, Giving and taking – Hands, Walking – Legs, Copulation – reproductive organ, Excretion – anus.

“Pranapan vyan l Udan ani saman l Yanchi sthane sthiti sampurna l Janasi tuchi eka ll7ll”
Maharaj is saying that you know all the five Pran – Breath. Pran, apan, vyan, udan and saman. Which is their place, what is their function all that is known to you.
These various kinds of breaths keep our body live and moving. They get the work done from the body.
Their place, their condition is known to Jeevatma.
