Chapter 2

Anyamat Khandan (33)
(Rebuttal of duality)

Vedantache abolane l Sidhantinche janoni nenane l Jethe milani hoya te pavane l Kaivalyapad ll18ll

When Dhnyan gets bestowed by Sadguru, the disciple actually experiences Paramatma. How that experience can be put into words. Sweetness of the sugar can only be known through experience. It can not be conveyed in words. Similarly Dhnyan depicted in Vedant is to be experienced. Where
Ved can not put into words, they stop the speech. Words stop.
Siddhanti means Dhnyani. Not the scholars of Ved. Not the scholars having the knowledge of the books. Pandit – priest knowledgeable about the rituals like Yadhnya in Ved are not Siddhantis. Siddhanti means ones who have experienced Dhnyan in Vedant. Who have experienced Oneness with Paramatma.
These Siddhantis even after knowing everything speaks very little. They tell they do not know.

Why do they do like that? They assess the competence and eligibility of the disciple. If he does not meet the prerequisites, then there is no use telling him about Dhnyan. However when Sadguru comes across the disciple who fulfills all criteria then he is delighted in imparting Dhnyan. At that time the notion of the disciple that he is individual Jeeva, splinters and get destroyed. All the differences between Sadguru and Disciple get dissolved. Disciple experiences oneness with Absolute, Pure, Shiv, Sadguru Paramatma.

Where the difference between man and Paramatma dissolves that is Melani means Oneness. This Eternal Oneness is Kaivalyapad.

“Jiveshwarachi milani l Hoya parampad nirvani l Tethe dwaitbuddhichi kadsani l Tutoni Jay ll19ll”

Eternal experience of this Oneness is Parampad. Paramguru Khaptinath Maharaj used to say, “Guruvin nijapad kadhi nacha pave” (Nijapad – Parampad – Oneness is not possible without Blessings from Sadguru)

With Dhnyan one experiences and realises that Jeeva and Shiv (Paramatma) are one. Because of nescience, because of illusion of Maya they appeared to be different. When this nescience gets removed then Pure Oneness gets revealed. That is the Parampad – Nirvanapad. Once this Realisation gets dawned then the notion of duality, that I am different than the God whom I worship, belief that there are so many different things, persons in the world gets splintered. This notion is prevalent and firm in our minds from umpteen numbers of births. This hardened knot of the notion of duality is broken with the Realisation of Oneness.
