PARAMAMRUT ADHYAY 3 MAHAVAKYAVIVARAN (16)

Pranam to Parampoojya Parameshwar Sadguru Swami Anilji Maharaj

Paramamrut

(English Translation of the Audio series in Marathi by Brahmatmaikyadhnyani Sadguru Swami Anilji Maharaj)

Chapter 3

Mahavakyavivaran (16)
(Sacred sentence in Vedas)

“Brahmand Hiranyagarbha Maya l Jo vegala ya dehatraya l Mulaprakruti Mahamaya l Yan vilakshan jo ll6ll”

Cont’d… 4

We have seen Prakruti, nature, comprises of eight elements. Panchamahabhoot and mind, buddhi, ahankar. This is Maya. ‘Mul’ word indicates root or origin. It shows connection with individual-Jeeva. While Mahamaya indicates connection with Brahm.
This is the only difference, otherwise they are basically same. This visible Brahmand with various Names and forms is seen because of Mahamaya.
In summary Swamiji says Paramatma is different than
Brahmand, Hiranyagarbha and Maya which indicate three states, Awake, Dream and Sleep. Paramatma is different than All the three bodies; means, gross body which we see and work with; mind – buddhi – ego, finer invisible body which we are aware of and use, Jeevatma – subtle body which we are not aware but everything which is appearing to get done is because of this karan body Jeevatma. And Paramatma is different than Mul Prakruti which is related to individual Jeevatma and Mahamaya which is related to entire Brahmand.
Mukundraj Maharaj is saying Paramatma is different than all these.

“Utpatti, sthiti, samhar l sarvasakshitwacha vyavahar l Ya avasthatit apar l Apeap jo ll7ll”

Creation, sustainance and destruction of everything biotic and abiotic takes place in this Nature. This is the firm rule that whatever is created will ultimately get destroyed. Paramatma is only uninvolved observer of whatever happens under these transitions in the Nature. Paramatma is beyond these states. Paramatma is Eternal.
