Paramamrut
(English Translation of the Audio series in Marathi by Brahmatmaikyadhnyani Sadguru Swami Anilji Maharaj)
Chapter 5
Ling Dehanirasan (1)
(Discarding invisible body)
“Tuj shravanatuni aikane l Tvachetuni sparsha ghene l Nayanatun dekhane l Nana Rupate ll1ll”
“Ya indriyatuni tuchi jan l Prakashasi ad thakon l To tu indriyansi vilakshan l Sakshiroop ll4ll”
First verse states the function of sense organs. Maharaj says you listen through your ears, skin tells hot cold and other sensations through touch, we see through eyes.
“Jivhetuni swad ghesi l Ghranatuni parimal Janasi l Wachetuni uchcharisi l Akshare sarva ll2ll”
Through the tongue we know various tastes, through nose we come to know various fragrances, you speak using your tongue.
“Karatuni dene ghene l Payatuni chalane l Shishnatuni rati bhogane l Gudi malavisarga ll3ll”
You use your hands for giving and taking. You use your legs for walking. Use your manhood for copulation. And you use anus for excretion.
Maharaj is telling the functions carried out by sense organs and work organs.
All these organs are carrying out their functions. All the sense organs and work organs of the body are carrying out their respective functions. Though the organs appear to do the functions, actually you are behind these getting everything done lookin at them as the witness.
This chapter is Lingdeha nirasan. In this chapter Mukundraj Maharaj would give information about the body organs then tell how to discard them.
Maharaj is telling you only are behind the functions of all these organs. Who is that you?
We studied earlier that everyone of us have two parts. One is invisible and other is visible. Your invisible part only making the other part visible and functional.
