Chapter 8
Shunya Khandan (1)
(Refutation of Nihilism)
In this chapter there is discussion on philosophical elements mainly for the qualified Seekers. Though this is meant for qualified Seekers let us try to understand to the extent possible. This world or nature is non existent; can not be found in meditation or after Self Realisation. Some philophers state that this Nature is nothing or Zero.
This philosophy of Nihilism is recognized as propagated by Bhagwan Buddha. Dhnyan attained by Gautam Buddha under the tree bodhivriksha was preached by him to his disciples. His disciples spread this philosophy of Nihilism. Nihilism states, what does not exist in reality, in what way that can be addressed? For example in dream we see certain scenes and happenings for few minutes. When we get up we realise that everything that was seen was false, nonexistent. Such nonexistent thing has been termed as Zero.
Similarly in state of Asampradhnyat Samadhi (Highest Meditative state) the world is nonexistent for the Yogi.
This is termed as Nihilism. This has been discussed and examined on the basis of rational thinking in this chapter by Mukundraj Maharaj.
