Paramamrut

(English Translation of the Audio series in Marathi by Brahmatmaikyadhnyani Sadguru Swami Anilji Maharaj)

Chapter 10

Drushyabhas Khandan (7)
(Discarding illusion)

“Chintu pahasi tava te chitta l Mi mhanata ahankar hota l Ugachi asata svastha l Svasthata sfure ll21ll”

When you wish to contemplate, that is your chitta. When you think I am there, that is your ego. When you wish to sit quietly that also is tendency to sit quietly.

“Jari ugachi asata l Tari ka athavu sfurata l Sankalpavikalpa karita l Kasayasi ll22ll”

When you are sitting quietly, how there is emergence of memories? How this thinking gets formed that I wish to do certain things and I don’t wish to do certain things.

Mukundraj Maharaj is conveying that, as such there is nothing like Dhnyan and Adhnyan. When we understand, it is very interesting and liking gets developed to dwell deeply into it. Let us look into the explanation carefully.

Sankalpa, means the things should get aligned the way I want, I should get the things which I desire, and Vikalp means this scenario should not take place, this should never happen to me, etc. Mukundraj Maharaj asks why such thoughts should keep on rising in your mind?
