GEETAJAYANTI
Geetajayanti is a week long ceremony commemorating the holy text of Shrimad
Bhagawad Geeta . This sacred text holds the words spoken by God Shri Krishna
Himself. It forms the foundation in a disciple’s mind to understand and absorb the
Vedic knowledge bestowed by the Guru. Unique to SUGWAY’s traditions, this
ceremony is built around three important pillars; Yagya(conentrating and
chanting on Guru’s words), Tapa( Gurusewa, serving the Guru) and Daan(Sacrifice/
donation). Disciples from all over the world arrive at the SUGWAY ashram to
attend this auspicious event

GURUPURNIMA
The festival is celebrated on the full moon day (Purnima) in the Hindu month of
Ashadha. Disciples at SUGWAY traditionally observe this festival to revere our
satguru Parampujya Swamiji Anilji Maharaj. Various ritiuals of worship are
performed in the honor of our Guruji. Many disciples even present their love and
respect for their Guru in the form of their creative talents such as writing, oration
and singing .

SWAMIJI PRAKAT DIWAS

Incarnation day of our revered Guruji Swamiji Aniliji Maharaj. The day is celebrated
with huge enthusiasm.Swamiji blesses His disciples with an enlightening discourse
based on the Adwait principles or the Vedas. This is often followed by a spiritual
discussion on the topic of the discourse, where most disciples put forth their
questions and thoughts.
