“Asachchejdhnyasya netooopi vyavaharaha kshanam kutaha l Nayam doshooopi jananansannindrajalam hi vikshate ll17ll”
In this Shloka Saraswati Maharaj brings out the commonly prevailing thinking in the minds of people; that, Self Realised Dhnyani Mahatma considers this world as falsehood then how is it possible for him to deal in this world? All Dhnyani are seen doing their work in the world. Param Dhnyani Sadguru also is seen doing duties in the world. Then is it not a contradiction? They promulgate the falsehood of the world and then carry out the chores of the world themselves. Why this hypocrisy?
Then Maharaj explains that this is neither any weakness nor hypocrisy. Maharaj tells that it is true that Dhnyani Mahatma is seen dealing in this world. But all his actions in the world are done considering world is not real.
We will try to understand with an example. In Maharashtra little children play a game named, ‘Bhatukali’. In this game all the children playing form a family. They take the roles of Father, mother, children etc. They bring some biscuits, chocolates, cookies from home. And they mock preparation of certain dishes telling various names of lunch dishes to chocolates and cookies.
Some girl playing the game invites her real father for lunch. Father also joins the children and pretend to enjoy the sumptuous meal with half a biscuit or piece of chocolate. He joins the children in pretending to enjoy tasty lunch.
The dealing of Dhnyani in the world is somewhat like this. His dealing in the world is with firm conviction of the falsehood of the world. That is why he is never grief stricken.
