Avaran : This means considering myself as the body. Not considering myself different than perishable, decaying body. When body is considered as self as I, that is Avaran, covering on Atma. We have studied four bodies and how to discard these bodies. These are Avaran on Atma. Similar to the gift items wrapped in various casings, Atma is covered with these Avaran.

When These mala, Vikshep and Avaran, gets destroyed in the life itself, then the life becomes jeevanmukta.

Mala disappears means all the desires and cravings are null and void.
Vikshep does not not remain means now buddhi is absolutely stable and fixed. There is no disturbance from worldly thoughts.
Avaran gets removed means the notion that he is body is no more there. He has experienced that he is Atma and not the body.
Now this is percolated into his behavior and has become indivisible attribute.
These are the attributes of jeevanmukta.
Now we will find out about Videhmukta.
