Contemplation does not mean you leave everything and sit in a corner thinking on these things. Whatever work or daily routine we are having, while doing that, thought regarding Paramatma- Continuous search of Atma should go on in our mind. This is Manan. We must do Shravan and Manan of Paramatma.
Nididhyasan : After doing Manan, our buddhi starts grasping the truths told by Sadguru. Our earlier notions break down paving way for percolating the truth depicted by Sadguru. We keep on realising that yes Sadguru sayings are true, we are actually experiencing that in our analytical thinking. These principles conveyed by Sadguru which are established in our thinking by the Realisation of our own analysis; make those Principles, indivisible unforgettable part of our life. Be with them all the time. Soak our buddhi with those.
This Shravan, Manan and Nididhyasan is the path adopted at Sugway, this is the Supreme Dhnyan Path adopted by our Enlightened ancestor Maharshis, this is the path of Vedant, this is the path of Bhagwan Shankaracharya, and walking on this path only we will reach out to Paramatma. Mukundraj Maharaj is saying here that unless this path is adopted, there is no question of attaining Moksha – Emancipation.
This means that no other path can take us towards Emancipation. By doing prayer worship one may get only temporary mental satisfaction. Dhnyan can be bestowed up on only by Pleasing Sadguru and listening Vedant Dhnyan from him.
