“Brahmand Hiranyagarbha Maya l Jo vegala ya dehatraya l Mulaprakruti Mahamaya l Yan vilakshan jo ll6ll”
Here Mukundraj Maharaj is saying that Paramatma is way different than Brahmand, Hiranyagarbha, Maya, Three states of body, Origin of Nature – Mahamaya. Paramatma is having entirely different characteristics.
Swamiji says here there are three words, Bramhmand, Hiranyagarbha and Maya. There are various meanings attributed to these words in Scriptures like Shruti, Smruti, Puran etc. Here we will only dwell upon the meaning which is intended by Mukundraj Maharaj.
For example, meanings of Brahmanand are,
- This whole nature comprising of Earth, Suns, Moons, Galaxies with all biotic and abiotic elements.
- In Yog head portion above the neck is called Brahmand
- God Brahma has created the Nature. The idea through which creation of the Nature – Universe has taken place, that idea is Brahmand.
Like these there are various meanings of Brahmand.
Hiranya means Gold, very precious thing. Hiranyagarbha is Golden egg. The other meaning of Hiranyagarbha is Jeevatma. When Atma is with buddhi – Antahkaran that is Jeevatma. In body, life force is important which is Prana. When Prana leaves, body is reduced to corpse. Many places Hiranyagarbha is interpreted as Prana. One of the names of Sun God is Hiranyagarbha.
In some Scriptures, Hiranyagarbha is interpreted as the most precious Wherein Paramatma Himself resides.
