Swamiji says that in this chapter Mukundraj Maharaj is emphasizing on the difference between the body which you take it for granted as You and actual You residing in your body.
Which are these two parts?
One part is knower of your body and all the dealings you do with the body. That part is knower of your dreams your aspirations. Every secret of yours is known to that part who is invisibly, subtly residing in your body. That knower is one part who is not visible.
This principle is of utmost importance and we must understand it for starting the journey towards Adhyatm. Without knowing this we will not be able to develop rationality, about what is real and what is false. Without that there can not be further progress on the path of Dhnyan.
The second part is visible to all. Can be seen in the mirror. It has many organs. That part is seen doing everything. All activities – Karma are done by this part. The part is seen moving everywhere. All the worldly dealings are done by this part. This part is body which is manifested and is visible to all.
For example we all know Sureshrao. He also can see himself. He is managing the Ashram. He is doing service to cows, takes care of the people visiting Ashram. As we see, All the actions are getting done by the body of Sureshrao. Whether all these are being done by the body of Sureshrao alone?
No. Sureshrao has two parts. One is visibly doing all the work and other part of Sureshrao who knows everything Sureshrao is doing. That part is inside the body of Sureshrao. That part is Atmaroop. One part is invisible and other part is visible Sureshrao. This same for everyone, every being.
