Pranam to Parampoojya Parameshwar Sadguru Swami Anilji Maharaj
Paramamrut
(English Translation of the Audio series in Marathi by Brahmatmaikyadhnyani Sadguru Swami Anilji Maharaj)
Chapter 4
Sthul Dehanirasan (2)
(Discarding gross body)
“Ufarate drushtiche pahane l Je drushtimaji drushti muravane l Pahataya mulasi jane l Swaswaroopasi ll2ll”
Mukundraj Maharaj is saying here that take the opposite direction from whatever is shown by sense organs. When we look at it our eyes see what is outside. Our ears tell us the sound which is outside. Nose smells what is outside. Touch sensation is for the things outside. Like this sense organs give us information about the outside world. Paramatma is residing within.
Actually there is nothing outside. Paramatm Tatva, Existence of I, which all the time tells, I am there from within. No substantiation, life certificate is needed for that. And that is Absolute TRUTH. What ever is seen outside is complete deception, false impression. We are not aware of this Truth because our sense organs bring the information from outside. So the author is telling reverse your ways of seeing. Instead of getting the information from outside, seek within. How to seek within? For that the study of Vedant Principles is essential as we are doing presently. Dhnyan is to seek what is within. Separate out what is shown by senses, mind and going beyond that, deciphering the five coverings which are preventing to reach out to my original self. This is the reversal of the seeing intended by Mukundraj Maharaj. He says you develop your understanding with this seeing in reverse ways.
Understanding our Jeevatma is aligning ourselves with the vision of Dhnyan. Leaving aside whatever is seen outside, concentrate only on what is within. This is the unification of the sight with the reality. With this reversal of the sight, seek our origin. Who am I? With this process we will reach out to our own original self. Our quest will reveal the Original Self. Out side visible body is temporary. Today it is there, tomorrow may not be there. Bodies are bound to change. Will be there for some time and then there will be another body. But my Original Self is not subject to any change. It is same forever. That only is real myself.
