“Pranapan vyan l Udan ani saman l Yanchi sthane sthiti sampurna l Janasi tuchi eka ll7ll”
Swamiji tells about five Pranas
Pran : Breath that we inhale is Pran.
Apan : Gas which is comes out of the body is Apan Vayu. It takes out the toxicity from the body.
Vyan : It is in the stomach. It keeps Vaishvanar ignited. It maintains the fire in the stomach causing appetite. It burns the food we eat for giving energy to body.
Udan : This Vayu goes up inside the body up to sahasrara Chakra.
Saman : This Vayu is filled in every particle of the body and brings about all the movements of the body and organs.
Mukundraj Maharaj says
You know your body you know all the pranas means Vayu, their places in the body and their functions.
“Antahkaran mana buddhi l Chitta ahankar ya pancha bhedi l Sfurasi janasi tu adi l Thayichachi ubha ll8ll”
Mukundraj Maharaj already told about the gross body with five sense organs, five work – action organs, their functions etc. Now Maharaj is telling about the subtle, invisible part.
Antahkaran, mana (mind), buddhi (intellect), chitta and Ahankar (ego), these are the five parts.
Maharaj tells
You know the vibrations emerging as Antahkaran, mind, intellect, chitta, ego, but you are not attached. You are separate. You are still, unshakable, Uninvolved. You know your mind, you know your buddhi, you know your chitta, you know your Antahkaran. You know all of these. None of these know you.
