When we start meditation there are thoughts about the external world in the mind. Along with these thoughts, certain memories also become live. We remember certain scenes or some movie watched earlier. Those scene become live.
Take your mind out of it. Leave those scenes and memories aside. You know all these scenes and memories are illusions, they are not real. Discard these unreal things. You Yourself are Dhnyan. So discard these pseudo Dhnyan of illusions.
How to come out those scenes and memories. Think on Dhnyan imparted by Sadguru that these are illusory scenes, nothing is real. Why to get entangled into those. With this Dhnyan come out of those things and concentrate your mind at inner Akash.
“Dekhanechi dekhanyavari l Paratoni rahe jari l Tari drushyakara uri l Kaiseni hoya ll16ll “
Swamiji says that the verse has to be understood carefully. There is triod, of Seer, scene and vision. That is Drashta, drushya and drushti. It is said here that, seer who is seeing this outwardly scene, through his vision, if his vision returns from outside then that vision would see the seer in place of scene. The scene will no longer remain and as vision has returned, vision does not remain and all the three, Seer, scene and vision will merge together. The triod will get dissolved. Only Seer remains.
