Right from the ancient period Ved are in existence. Four parts of Ved are known to all of us. Rigved, Yajurved, Samved and Atharvaved are these four parts. Our ancient Rishi Muni were the scientists of very high caliber.
When we look at the life of man, it is found the life span is uncertain and is filled with sufferings and happiness. As Saint Tukaram Maharaj says that happiness is very little like a small flexi seed and the sufferings are as huge as a mountain.
Swamiji has the experience of examining the horoscopes right from the year 1970. He has examined over Ten thousand horoscopes of the all kinds of people, poor as well as rich. And the finding is that all the people whether extraordinarily rich or poor all are deeply drowned in grief and sufferings. There are very few who experience more happiness and largely people experience lot of griefs and sufferings.
Our Rishis were great scientists. They Realised that human life itself is ridden with griefs and sufferings and there is lame attempt to show the happiness and lifelong search is on for it. Rishis concentrated on finding out the reasons so that the grief and sufferings can be altogether eliminated from the human life.
The rational scientific inquest done by Rishis revealed the reason for griefs and sufferings. The reasons are Ego, Attachments and Desires.
