Review of Chapters 4, 5 and 6 (4)

We studied discarding Ling Deha or subtle body, finer body. The sense organs are quite finer. The visible ear is not the one through which we can listen. There is very fine subtle ear through which we listen. The visible sense organs are different and inner finer sense organs which actually function are different. So in this finer body which are the organs?
There are five subtle work organs and five subtle sense organs. Five vayu or gases are there. Pran, Apan, Vyan, Udan, and Saman. Antahkaran, mana, buddhi, chitta, ego. All these together is Ling Deha.

Throbbing formed Antahkaran, mana, buddhi, chitta, and Ahankar. At the water surface, ripples get formed due to wind, however ripples and water are same, there is no difference. Like thread gets formed by twisting cotton. But thread and cotton is not different, they are same. Same way from our Original Self, these five Antahkaran are formulated. These five Antahkaran which are formed from our Atma, make us aware about the illusion of outside world. But when wind ceases, ripples vanish, only water remains; when thread is untwisted it vanishes and cotton remains. Similarly Antahkaran is also an illusion, and when there is Realisation of Original Self, it vanishes. The illusion of the world gets dissolved. It is fully understood that the world is false. False like imagination of snake on the piece of rope. This was the discarding of finer subtle body, Ling Deha, we studied in fifth chapter.

In sixth chapter it is said that you are Omniscient. You know yourself, your Antahkaran, buddhi, world everything you know. You are Atma. Only You are there. Then where from this adhnyan and Maya has formulated? Where from Antahkaran got formed? Author said you know everything but do not know your own Original Self. You do not know Your Self and this is adhnyan, ignorance, this also is known to you. I do not know who I am? Who is God? Who is Atma? Who is Paramatma? Not that all these are not known to you, You know everything. But when you’re gripped by Maya created world, you got entangled into, Ahanta – Ego, Mamata – Attachment, and Vasana – Desires. These are all so much liked by you that you desire to remain in this ignorance. You do not wish to come out of it. You do not like the words of Dhnyan. That is how Maya rules over you and you get drowned into nescience. You think that you have forgotten your Self, but actually you know everything. This is what was said briefly in chapter six.
